Don’t you LOVE popcorn? My hubby and I for certain DO! The good news is that there is an easy way to make it really really healthy and super yummy. Please, NO MORE MICROWAVE POPCORN! Although the easiest way to prepare popcorn is to pop the microwaveable bag in the microwave, PLEASE don’t ever do this! The microwave popcorn contains much more than popcorn – like some really nasty CHEMICALS. Diacetyl – tastes like real butter / when inhaled can dismantle the lung’s ability to carry oxygen into the body / butchers the lungs / also linked to Alzheimer’s disease PFOA / perfluorooctanoic acid – linked to ADHD and hyperactivity / linked to low birth weight and thyroid disease.
