What is a Birth Plan?
“A birth plan is an outline of your preferences during your labor and delivery. For example, your birth plan may include who you want with you during labor, whether you want pain meds, or if you want the lights dimmed.” WebMD
We will touch on these foundational birth plan options for sure but dive much deeper into choices and decisions you may not know you even had. These decisions will be critical to the safety & well being of your baby for years to come.
As we go through this process together, I suggest you write out your plan using this template, “etching in stone” your desires. This will make it easy for your supportive loved ones to help ensure your wishes are carried out.
