This is where it can get uncomfortable, and even a little scary. We have all heard all our lives that vaccines are “safe and effective.” What if the evidence simply does not always back this up? I remember how I felt when I first learned of this, so my heart goes out to you right now. Be brave.
This is so important. The fact that the US is one of the world leaders in both infant mortality and in the number of vaccines given should give us all pause.
Why can we not sue a vaccine maker when a vaccine harms our child? Why were vaccine makers given freedom from liability in 1986? It seems unbelievable, but these vaccine makers told our government in the 1980’s that they were going to stop making vaccines because they could not financially withstand all the lawsuits from all the vaccine injuries and deaths. So instead of telling the companies to make safer vaccines, they were given freedom from liability. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) was set up and the US “Vaccine Court” was created from which people can SEEK, but not often obtain, compensation for vaccine injuries and deaths. Our tax dollars pay for this instead of pharma’s profits. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was set up for all vaccine adverse events to be reported to, but few people know about it. To date, this tax payer funded system has paid out over 4 Billion Dollars to families of the vaccine injured and killed. Does this sound like vaccines are always safe?
Vaccine Reported Adverse Events
The CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reports that following the RECOMBIVAX HB HepB Vaccine there have been, as of this writing, 741 permanent disabilities, 478 Life-Threatening events, 2,391 Hospitalizations, 7,984 Emergency Room Visits, and 462 DEATHS.
Applying the Human and Health Services (HHS) funded study conclusions by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, that the VAERS reports represent only 1% of the actual adverse events, that means that in reality there have been 74,100 permanent disabilities and 46,200 DEATHS after the RECOMBIVAX HB HEP B vaccine.
When babies die after Hep B vaccinations (and others), most of the time their deaths are automatically attributed to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) without investigation into whether the vaccine caused the baby’s sudden death. Rarely does anyone even ask about the deceased infant’s vaccination history or whether there were symptoms of vaccine reactions prior to death. MD’s unfortunately have not been trained to recognize these vaccine injuries. They are trained in how to encourage parents to follow the CDC schedule and often are compensated for fully or near fully vaccinated patient loads.
Adverse Events Listed on the Insert
Less than pleasant adverse events have been reported after the Hep B Vaccine has been administered.
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Guillain-Barre syndrome
- Bell’s Palsy
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Lupus
- Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia purpura
- Convulsions, and brain disorders such as encephalitis (brain swelling) and brain
- Demyelination
- Immune dysfunction
- Visual and hearing impairments, including optic neuritis
All these adverse events and more are listed in the vaccine inserts, but because most MD’s are incredibly busy, and were not taught about vaccine injuries, the inserts are rarely read or reviewed with parents. But YOU can access this information for yourself.
