- 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flower
- 1 egg ( or 1 egg substitute)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1 cup grated fresh apple
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp orange rind
- 1/8 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
- 1/3 cup mixed walnut pieces & raisons (optional)
