Bruschetta
The weather is getting warmer, and while I likely won't be entertaining anytime soon, (you know, pandemic stuff), that won't stop me from making light, fresh and healthy meals for my husband and myself.
Course Appetizer
Cuisine American, Italian
- 10 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2/3 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 oz Chopped Basil
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 loaves French Bread Toasted and sliced a half inch thick
Combine all of the ingredients, aside from the bread. Once everything is thoroughly combined, add a tablespoon of the mixture to each slick of toasted bread.
Grab your favorite serving platter, arrange the toasts and serve immediately.
