Did you know that having a strong immune system helps your body protect itself from problematic infections, bacteria and viruses like the coronavirus? While you may have heard this before, especially as of late, you might be wondering, “What can I do to boost my immune system?”

  • large bowl


  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 t garlic powder or two crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1 zest and juice of lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Using a large bowl, combine all fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds and toss, making sure all ingredients are evenly dispersed. In a separate bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder (or garlic), onion powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Once the dressing is well combined, slowly drizzle over top of the salad, making sure the dressing evenly coats all of the ingredients. Serve aside freshly grilled chicken, fish or vegetables and enjoy!
